Problem File PolicyIf a supplied file is incomplete, does not run to film, or when imaged exhibits a flaw, the client will be notified. Gamma will attempt to find a solution. The client will be given a choice of supplying corrected files, or having Gamma make the corrections (if possible) at the rate of $100 per hour. If the client cannot be reached, the project will be put on hold until the options can be discussed. Please expect delays in output if problems are encountered. |
