Re-framing Artwork: Removing and re-framing artwork is done at the accepted risk of the client. Billing is calculated according to the time and materials involved. Minimum charge: $25.00.
Terms
- All pre-press is required to be paid in advance.
- A deposit of $150.00 is required on a new account.
- All printing to be paid before shipping.
- All shipping and packaging to be billed at cost.
- American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover Card accepted.
Special Orders
We welcome special orders and projects. If you are looking for a medium that is not listed, please contact us and we can check the availability for you.
Total Costs
For most projects, the total cost is limited to scanning, proofing, printing, and shipping.
Shipping
Federal Express — Prints up to 20 X 24 are shipped flat. Larger sheets are rolled. Return of original art and insurance is billed at cost. Please indicate desired amount. Repacking/Recrating (if necessary) per quote.
Increasing Resolution and Image Size: Through "genuine fractals" or other specialized software programs, we can increase your low res files to 300 dpi or more. Minimum charge $35.00
Special requests: image enhancement, restoration, retouching, or extensive clean up will be quoted in advance.
FTP uploads and digital files: Gamma accepts files sent to our website via FTP. You may upload files up to a total of 1 gigabyte. Click here for ftp information...
